Albino Catfish, aka white Catfish, will grow up to 3 pounds if fed on a daily basis during each growing season. Their growing season is  March to November. If these fish are not fed daily, and depending upon minnows and bait-fish, they will grow up to a 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound during their growing season.
